Hi, my name is Francesca “Frankie” Locicero! I am the founder of “Let’s Be Frank Health & Life Coaching.” In additional to being a certified health and life coach, I am also a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, wife, and mother.
I have a passion to help people and simplify the answers to their problems. I believe that health comes not just with physical fitness but mental fitness as well. The mental health part is where it all begins. With that in mind, I created Let’s Be Frank to educate my clients on the benefits of changing one’s mindset to live a healthier and more positive lifestyle.
Let’s Be Frank Health & Life Coaching is a more direct approach to getting your health and mind transformations sooner rather than later. We value honesty, and being “frank” if you will, so that our clients can get the answers they need, so they can move on to living their lives to the fullest!

But with all the confusion and misleading hype it can be difficult to really know what’s healthy and what’s not. Even more so, you may find it very difficult to stay on track! Sorry, changing habits don’t take a week or a quick month…it takes weeks of determination, guidance and persistence! Very few do it alone.
That’s why I’m offering a High-Quality Group Health Coaching…with NO BULL!!! (There’s a reason my name is Let’s Be Frank!) Forget the….”I know how to eat” thinking! You may know, but chances are you’re NOT DOING!! This is where support, guidance and accountability comes in. Leave this part to me. It’s MY JOB to help you move forward and show you how to eat and get fit pain free!!

Group Health Coaching Prices: 2 sessions per month every other week for 45 minutes. Must have a group of 5 in each class, no less, in order to receive the special $99 a month Sign ups are for either 3 or 6 months, no less.
Group Health Coaching hours and times: 4 time slots available!
Mondays: 7:15-8:00 pm
Wednesdays: 7:30-8:15 pm
Thursdays: 8:15-9:00 pm
Fridays: 9:30-10:15 am
REMINDER: AFTER 5 PEOPLE IN A GROUP : IF A PERSON BRINGS ON SOMEONE ELSE THEY GET $10 OFF EACH PERSON THEY BRING IN.

INCH BY INCH BODYWEIGHT AND BAND WORKOUT
Begins January 11th!
About Workout Class:
This brand new class has a touch of everything! And it’s only 45 minutes long!!!
We will reboot and reshape you so you’re ready for an energetic weekend! You don’t necessarily need weights to get you fit and in shape. In this 45 minute workout, we’ll be using our own body weight, some small HIIT intervals and resistance bands to reshape us!! All you need to bring is yourself and a mat. Using resistance bands with handles can help you achieve improved balance and stability. It will increase your mobility and can also reduce the risk of injury. You’ll also build muscle strength with low impact moves that are VERY easy on your joints! Hurry, space is limited!!
Dates: January 11th - March 1st (Every Saturday Morning for 8 weeks)

Functional Training Class
Begins January 13th
Are you having difficulties moving around or lacking energy? If you are like the rest of us out there, the older we get, the stiffer we are and the harder it is to move. But it doesn’t have to be that way! Wouldn’t it be nice if you could improve your flexibility, increase your range of motion, while at the same time burn fat and relieve any built up stress? Did I mention this could all be done in just 10 short weeks?!?
Our next session of workout classes are starting soon, with this session focused entirely on functional training. Not only will we get you that body you've been looking for, but help get your body moving and feeling good again!
No matter what injuries or health conditions you are dealing with or have dealt with in the past, this class is designed for all levels. Join a fantastic group of people every week who are committed to working hard and having fun!
We will be offering our Functional Training Classes in person ONLY, located at Saint Mary’s School (538 Church St. Middletown, NJ O7748) on both Mondays and Thursdays from 5:45pm - 6:45pm!

Stretching With Ease!

About Stretch Class:
There's nothing worse than feeling so stiff that even getting out of bed is a chore. Wouldn’t you LOVE to loosen up your body each day and have that easy feeling of flexibility and mobility back again?
Let’s face it, as you age things can tighten up a bit but…not to the extent that some of us push it to! Gentle stretching can release that tightness without damaging any joints. What you need is CONSISTENCY and the RIGHT PLACE!!
Come join me in my new studio where there’s a warm fireplace and candle cozy atmosphere to de stress. Loosen tight muscles and walk out feeling so relaxed and stress free! (You’re going to LOVE this warm and cozy atmosphere, you’re not going to want to leave!)

About Workout Class:
Do you find yourself flipping over multiple times during the night because your hips start to ache while sleeping? Or do you just find that day to day you have weak hips? We can help with some simple exercises that strengthen your hips and lower back. Get a better night's sleep right away! This is not a hard, sweating, breathtaking class but a gentle hip opener and lower back strength class.
