What is a Workshop?
A workshop is in a virtual group setting where you have not only the help and support of myself, but the additional support of peers who are trying to tackle the same feat. Workshops can range on a variety of different topics, but the ultimate purpose of them is to come together to better one’s thinking and lifestyle, while engaging with other people who are in a similar position and trying to do the same thing.
Benefits of a Workshop:
Generally speaking, the goal of a workshop is a 3-pronged process:
Step 1: Gain an eye-opening realization as to what is the root or number one cause to not staying focused or maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Step 2: Learn the ways to get unstuck and change one’s life around
Step 3: Implementation of what is learned and taking action on how to maintain a sustainable healthy lifestyle while also enjoying the process and trusting in oneself
Of course, with the longer workshops, a deeper dive into this 3-pronged process is going to be taken. With that in mind, there is more time to not only make these important realizations, but learn new skills and habits that can be put into action while at the same time have guidance and momentum while enjoying the process.

1-Hour Virtual Meetings every week for 4 Weeks
8-Week Workshops:
1-Hour Virtual Meetings every other week for 8 Weeks
1 additional live webinar included
Daily challenges sent to client 6 days a week (Sunday off)
12-Week Workshops:
1-Hour Virtual Meetings every other week for 12 Weeks
2 additional live webinars included
Daily challenges sent to client 6 days a week (Sunday off)
